Cancellation Policy

The total excursion payment is made the day of the tour and is paid in American dollars to the guide at the beginning of the tour.

We realize weather plays a big part of whether a ship can land at the port or tender in, but when possible a two days notice in advance of canceling a tour is requested.

Please be respectful of our drivers and guides as they reserve that time for your tour.  Give advance notice if your schedule changes so they can make other arrangements for other work.
